Job Description Summary:
Serve as the HRIS partner supporting HCM areas in Workday, including Performance Management, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc.
Maintain tools/technology that support business processes related to HR operations.
Investigate and resolve support tickets related to HRMS platform. Leverage Workday support for resolution of issues related to system functionality as per SLA's.
Keep up to date with new applications/features being introduced on the HR platform and disseminate to stakeholders and leaders in a timely manner.
Maintain data integrity on HRMS data by adhering to MDM best-practices and data governance principles.
Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday.
Provide input to Workday Delivery Lead, Workday Team Members, and stakeholders as appropriate.
Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle workload between system maintenance activities and project related deliverables.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of experience configuring Workday HRMS systems.
Desired Qualification:
Workday HCM certifications preferred.
Experience as an end-user of a HRMS platform is highly desirable but not mandatory.
