The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned product categories across all marketing channels, including print, digital, radio, ecommerce, signage, and more. This role works closely with assigned merchant partners to implement retail, professional, and digital ecommerce strategies by collaborating with marketing and ecommerce channel owners.
The Product Marketing Manager must be an experienced marketing leader with a strong understanding of both print and digital advertising. This individual should excel at transforming merchandising strategies into effective, customer-facing marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of automotive parts, Advance Auto Parts operations, and the needs of both DIY and Professional customers—or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire this expertise.
Success in this role requires the ability to effectively prioritize projects, product categories, vendors, and occasionally competing agendas to achieve measurable marketing outcomes.
This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
