Now Hiring! Customer Support and Product Technician $16-20/hour* dependent upon experience

Advance Services is hiring a Customer Support and Product Technician to provide excellent service to customers while supporting product assembly and quality assurance. This role involves responding to inquiries by phone and email, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll also assemble and test fitness equipment, ensuring it meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
  • Assemble, rework, and test fitness equipment for functionality and quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and accurate customer records.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and mechanical skills; ability to use hand tools preferred.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Work Environment: This role operates in both office and warehouse settings and may require occasional evening or weekend work.
