In the area of Civil Infrastructure, we have a top team of engineers specialized in hydraulic infrastructure engineering, providing consultancy services in key international projects such as roads, railways, and airports, as well as in urban development projects, logistics centers, data centers, etc.

We bet on high technical quality in the delivery of our designs and we act as a partner for important clients who trust us to develop complex projects and advise them on different technical solutions.

Currently, we are in a moment of growth due to the large number of new projects, for which we would like to incorporate a Civil Engineer or Roads Engineer with previous experience in design and motivation for challenges, to continue driving our capacity to take on new hydraulic infrastructure design projects.

As a Project Coordinator/Design Manager, you will be in charge of leading key projects of rainwater network design in roads and railways and flood studies in urban developments, among other types of project.

Functions

• Leadership of hydraulic infrastructure design and construction projects at national and international level, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines.
• Management of client relations, maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Coordination and supervision of teams, reviewing the work of the team, providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers and ensuring the correct execution of assigned tasks.
• Planning and cost control, monitoring progress and controlling costs to ensure that projects remain within budget.
• Technical documentation writing, drafting reports, specifications, and other technical documents in English, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of the information presented.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish, facilitating collaboration with international teams of collaborators and clients, and the drafting of documentation in both languages.

Requisitos

Civil Engineer of Roads, Canals and Ports

More than 10-12 years of professional experience in hydraulic infrastructure design and engineering, having passed through a project engineer position.

Experience in the design of supply, sanitation, and rainwater networks, as well as associated elements (pumping stations, regulation reservoirs, selection of pumps and valves, anti-airlock devices, retention tanks, smoothing pools, etc.).

Fluent English and Spanish
