Affirm is seeking a dynamic and passionate Partner Marketing Manager to drive co-marketing initiatives in partnership with our valued merchants across North America. You will execute strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns that align with our shared marketing goals and objectives. You'll use the Affirm marketplace as a performance marketing tool and source of valuable user acquisition for merchants.
You'll work closely with external and internal cross-functional teams including Client Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal and Compliance to ideate, plan, and deliver impactful campaigns aimed at driving GMV (gross merchandise volume), awareness, new user acquisition, and increasing lifetime value. You should feel comfortable working across several different industries including home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail. You're a strategic marketer who's eager to navigate complex challenges and are equipped to build strong, long-term relationships with marketing counterparts.
Base Pay Grade - L Equity Grade - 6 Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $160,000 - $210,000 USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $142,000 - $192,000 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
