Visual Designer - 12 Month Max Term Opportunity
Join AGL's Brand & Marketing team and help shape the future of energy through compelling visual storytelling. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to produce high-impact content that supports external campaigns and communications across the business.
As part of our Creative Services chapter, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring propositions to life, while staying connected to the broader marketing community for ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
Campaign Creation: Produce visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other online platforms alongside print media.
Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain AGL's brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Prioritisation: Where required, prioritise design requests across multiple external campaigns and internal requests.
Planning: Provide visual design expertise and guidance to teams during campaign planning activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with individuals across the assigned value stream to generate creative design concepts and proactively seek user feedback to incorporate into future designs.
Asset Management: Organise and maintain a central repository for design assets, facilitating easy access for team members.
Design Trends: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools (e.g., Adobe, Creative Tools), and technologies, integrating innovative approaches to elevate the visual impact of our digital presence.
Qualified in visual arts, design, or graphic design, with experience in advertising, marketing, and brand design.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and web design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems.
Deep knowledge of layout, typography, and brand voice, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Committed to innovation and producing high-quality visuals that elevate brand presence across digital platforms; AI design knowledge is a bonus.
Strong ability to clearly articulate design visions and objectives through excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
