Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: delivery and implementation of the regional B2B marketing strategies for Alchemy Trading across key global markets – US, JAPAC, Europe & UK. Deliver initiatives across the full marketing mix including events, lead generation, campaigns, web, PR & social and sales enablement collateral. Align marketing activity with business goals, regional nuances, and varied customer profiles.
  • Customer Profiling & Insights: use internal data, market analysis and sales input to build detailed customer profiles and buyer personas. Align with sales to understand decision-makers and purchasing behaviour. Turn insights into targeted marketing plans, adapting to customer needs and market trends to optimise campaign impact.
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns: work with regional sales leaders & teams to identify lead generation opportunities. Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-touch lead gen campaigns through HubSpot in collaboration with the CRM team.
  • Event Marketing: lead the delivery and project management of regional and global marketing events. Coordinate event logistics and develop supporting assets including booth materials, presentations, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement & Presentations: Own the development of customer-facing presentations and pitch decks. Equip sales teams with compelling sales tools and proposition collateral to support business development efforts.
  • Brand & Content Management: Champion the Alchemy Trading sub-brand across all marketing activities, ensuring consistency with the Alchemy global brand guidelines. Manage content across all touch points - PR, social, web, presentations, collateral and events ensuring alignment with Alchemy Trading's brand and commercial priorities.
  • Digital & Web: manage and update Alchemy Trading content on wearealchemy.com. Develop and deliver Alchemy Trading microsite with regional and localised content.
  • PR & Social: execute the PR & social media strategy for Alchemy Trading to increase awareness and thought leadership in target markets.
  • HubSpot Enablement: collaborate closely with the CRM team and regional sales teams to support the full adoption and optimised usage of HubSpot across the organisation. Act as a strategic partner in aligning marketing automation with sales processes, reporting requirements, and overall CRM strategy to enhance campaign performance, lead management, and conversion tracking company-wide.
  • Project & Agency Management: lead the successful execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Coordinate with external agencies (web, PR) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and assets.
  • Analysis & Budget Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and report on KPIs to inform continuous improvement. Manage marketing budgets, oversee supplier onboarding, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

About You

  • Proven experience in a global/regional B2B marketing manager role
  • Proven success in implementing and executing a marketing strategy, plans and campaigns at a global/regional level
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Metrics and KPI driven, consistently reporting on and using KPIs to support the management and optimisation of projects
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM platform for marketing automation and supporting sales team use
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence and interact at a senior level with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Highly organised and structured approach to work with strong decision-making skills and an eye for creativity
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field
