Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Alchemy's commercial engagement and strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring outstanding performance and long-term growth
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new customer accounts across the US&C region
  • Deliver profitable business aligned with the strategic vision of the Sales Director – North America
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through credibility, trust, and exceptional service
  • Work cross-functionally with the operations team on device grading, testing, and returns management to ensure operational alignment and client satisfaction
  • Handle customer returns, disputes, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Promote a culture of high performance by driving excellence across your team and stakeholders
  • Regularly engage with global leadership to support the alignment of regional and international strategies
  • Act in the best interest of the Alchemy business at all times, upholding company values and demonstrating sound judgment
  • Represent Alchemy with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction

You have:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in the used electronics or mobile device industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in selling used mobile devices or electronics within the U.S. market
  • Established network of loyal sales contacts who enjoy doing business with you
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and account management
  • Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet deadlines and targets
  • High ethical standards and unwavering professional integrity
  • Quick to learn and adopt new software tools, particularly sales and inventory platforms (training provided)
  • Solid commercial acumen, with an understanding of cost of goods, inventory turnover, gross profit, and VAT impact
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to inspire and lead others toward excellence
