Description
Key responsibilities:
Lead Alchemy's commercial engagement and strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring outstanding performance and long-term growth
Identify, recruit, and develop new customer accounts across the US&C region
Deliver profitable business aligned with the strategic vision of the Sales Director – North America
Maintain and grow existing accounts through credibility, trust, and exceptional service
Work cross-functionally with the operations team on device grading, testing, and returns management to ensure operational alignment and client satisfaction
Handle customer returns, disputes, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
Promote a culture of high performance by driving excellence across your team and stakeholders
Regularly engage with global leadership to support the alignment of regional and international strategies
Act in the best interest of the Alchemy business at all times, upholding company values and demonstrating sound judgment
Represent Alchemy with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction

You have:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in the used electronics or mobile device industry.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in selling used mobile devices or electronics within the U.S. market
Established network of loyal sales contacts who enjoy doing business with you
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and account management
Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet deadlines and targets
High ethical standards and unwavering professional integrity
Quick to learn and adopt new software tools, particularly sales and inventory platforms (training provided)
Solid commercial acumen, with an understanding of cost of goods, inventory turnover, gross profit, and VAT impact
Strong self-motivation and the ability to inspire and lead others toward excellence
