The Product Manager is accountable for achieving profit and growth targets for assigned state(s)/region or line(s) of business. The Product Manager designs, develops, manages, and leads strategies, initiatives, and people using product, pricing, and risk management knowledge to achieve business goals. The Product Manager leads the analytical evaluation of product and underwriting strategies and plans across the state management team.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. *** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
