Funky Buddha, a brand of Altex S.A., operating in the field of contemporary men's and women's clothing, in the context of its dynamic development, is seeking sales associates for full-time employment at its store in the discount center Designer Outlet Athens (formerly Mc Arthur Glen) in Spata.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service
• Implementation of company policies and procedures based on company standards
• Contribution to the achievement of store goals and, by extension, corporate goals
• Building trust relationships with customers. Responding to customer complaints
• Implementation of operational procedures in the sales area
• Stock replenishment, participation in inventory procedures, cash management

Qualifications include:

• At least 2 years of experience in the sales field. Experience in the casual clothing sector will be considered an asset
• University degree, TEI/ATEI will be considered an additional asset
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of IT (MS OFFICE). Knowledge of the cash register will be considered
• Ease of speech, politeness and comfort in communication
• Team spirit of cooperation with emphasis on customer service
• Interest in the fashion sector and passion for sales
