Product Marketing Principal Specialist

Outpayce is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Airlines to connect customer and market insights with product strategy and commercial execution. You will coordinate market and user research, support problem discovery in partnership with Product Management, and ensure commercial and launch readiness. Acting as a cross-functional connector for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will drive market intelligence, customer research, needs prioritization, competitive analysis, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement, with a strong medium- and long-term focus to maximize business impact and maintain strategic alignment.

In this job you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market intelligence by assessing trends and participants and describe market dynamics to estimate Total Addressable Market/Serviceable Addressable Market/Serviceable Obtainable Market (TAM/SAM/SOM) and analyze the competitive landscape; and produce Competitive Intelligence (CI) materials.
  • Guide the Product Life Cycle (PLC) for medium- and long-term initiatives by managing initial phases, identifying and managing pilots, building business cases, and providing structured feedback to Product Managers (PMs).
  • Shape Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and sales enablement by developing clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions by prioritizing markets and customers based on business impact and defining how products and modules are packaged.
  • Define business models and pricing (including new commercial offerings) and build portfolio analytics dashboards to inform decisions and commercial policies across all platform stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound requests across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to engage in selected customer meetings to capture insights
  • Highlight roadmap implications for value propositions and local market needs and support partner strategy and negotiations input (for example, contract markups, functionality, target business model, and financials).

Ideal Candidate for the Role:

  • Experience with Product Marketing with Outpayce product or airline payments knowledge
  • Experience in the airline industry, ideally with platforms such as Altea, Navitaire, or airline digital commerce; familiarity with payments in an airline context is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience across the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and Go-To-Market (GTM), including pilots, business cases, product packaging, and sales enablement.
  • Experience in product marketing and connecting market and customer insights to product strategy and commercial execution.
  • Proficiency with market and user research methods (for example, interviews, win–loss analysis, customer advisory boards) and the ability to translate findings into CI deliverables and clear requirements for PMs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional work and engage effectively with customers
