Service & Process Design Senior Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Service & Process Design Senior Specialist to guide service programs and process improvements for Cytric Product & Solutions.

In this role, you will serve as the main contact for service and process design, contributing to quality, communication, training, and engagement across key service processes. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support change activities, and provide thoughtful guidance to stakeholders. This position offers meaningful collaboration across Cytric, the Customer Management Organization (CMO), and wider Amadeus teams.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate service and solution design projects, supporting effective planning, delivery, and transparent communication across teams.
  • Support change initiatives across Cytric (CYT) and the Customer Management Organization (CMO), including risk awareness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training inputs, and feedback gathering.
  • Share guidance with stakeholders on inclusive and effective service design approaches to help achieve team objectives and key results.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships across Cytric and Amadeus, representing the Local Service Operations Excellence (LSOE) team in relevant forums and planning activities.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for service development, encouraging innovation, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in service design, service development, implementation, project management, continuous improvement, or process transformation.
  • Solid understanding of process design methodologies, project management frameworks (such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) methods or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)), and change-management principles.
  • Experience with systems or application design and with handling data in structured ways.
  • Ability to work with financial concepts including budgets, cost structures, and business cases.
  • Proficiency in English required; additional European languages welcome.
