Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, modern-marketer to join our collaborative team. This role combines strong visual design skills with website management expertise to deliver engaging brand experiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design software, website structure and development, and digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities
Graphics Design:
- Design and produce high-quality and modern visuals for events, digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and print collateral.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics to support marketing and communication strategies.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines as they evolve and brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with your management and peers to conceptualize creative ideas.
Website Management and Maintenance:
- Manage and update the company website using a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for SEO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, coordinating with IT/development teams when necessary.
- Monitor website analytics and performance, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist with creating digital assets for paid media campaigns, newsletters, and product launches as relevant.
- Optimize images, layouts, and design elements for web and mobile platforms and digital displays for events
- Stay current on industry design trends, web standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
