The Amentum JETS II contract seeks to fill a temporary User Experience (UX) Designer Intern position in the NASA Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) Division, as part of the Amentum Science and Exploration Department (SED). The intern will work with planetary scientists, software developers, data scientists, senior designer, and other aerospace professionals in Houston, TX at NASA Johnson Space Center. This position is offered hybrid in Houston, TX with in-person onsite required as scheduled.

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Physical Requirements: Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).
