Why you'll love this job: Responsible for defining the product strategy for American's in-flight customer engagement strategy, including WiFi, in-flight partnerships, and American's in flight portal, aainflight.com. Additionally, this position is responsible for making strategic recommendations that define American's in-air customer experience, based on both quantitative analysis and customer research. This analyst will own and define American's inflight Wi-Fi pricing, revenue, and product strategy and long-term roadmap.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications Self-motivated individual with a high personal standard of excellence who can work independently to drive for results A strategic thinker that excels at thinking outside-the-box, while always keeping the customer's needs in mind Proven financial and analytical skills with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding the business, working with data, developing detailed logical analysis, and solving problems creatively Ability to think quickly and handle a variety of projects concurrently Strong oral and written communication skills with packaging and presentation experience to senior management Ability to negotiate and communicate proficiently with all levels of management and with external suppliers, and quickly develop relationships Demonstrated experience in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation development; advanced Excel user Working knowledge of airline industry databases and tools such as Mosaic, Sabre or SQL
