Associate Product Manager/ Sr Associate Product Manager, Technology Products
Team Lead, Digital Optimization Product will strive to differentiate American as an industry leader in the digital customer experience. Successful candidates will be comfortable setting clear goals and direction, developing and driving strategies, producing thoughtful analysis, delving into technical topics, and presenting to a wide range of executive stakeholders – to deliver the best digital customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of Optimization Product Owners to develop product goals/OKRs, continuously analyze results and identify opportunities to achieve and exceed goals
- Partner with our engineering team to ensure that Adobe Target is deployed correctly across our various properties
- Help shape the vision for the optimization team, incorporating customer feedback, corporate objectives, and new technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other product teams to support their goals, while ensuring the best digital customer experience
- Ensure testing and targeting plans and processes are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet stakeholder expectations
- Use rigorous statistical methodologies to assess test performance, ensure result validity, and present outcomes in a clear, compelling manner tailored to diverse audiences
All you'll need for success:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/business/quantitative field, or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or CRO optimization
- 3 years' experience designing, executing, and measuring a/b tests and/or personalization on digital properties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in related field
- Experience leading an optimization team to achieve both organizational and team goals
- Experience with marketing technology tools including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
- Experience with usability, conversion analysis, and multivariate testing
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
- Understanding of front end & UI architecture, and how to collaborate with technical teams to launch experiments and implement winning concepts
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe, Optimizely and Google
- Proven track record in delivering products that generate substantial value
- Apply agile methodologies to align business goals with technical execution by maintaining a product backlog and translating strategic priorities into developer-ready requirements
- High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision/direction
- Can collaboratively drive teams and stakeholders with disparate goals
- Communication skills, be able to present to executive management often and in a compelling manner that emphasizes the important intersection of business and technology
- Emphasis on interpersonal skills that create an environment of trust and encourage partnership within the team and across product teams
