Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Developer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of various Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel, and Portals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cross-functional environment, delivering scalable solutions that empower business users.

What You Will Do:

  • Work on full lifecycle projects across multiple Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel, and Portals.
  • Customize and configure entities, forms, dashboards, and business process flows.
  • Develop and deploy solutions using Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C#, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs and business insights.
  • Implement secure, scalable integrations using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Configure and enhance portal and omnichannel experiences for customer engagement.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.
  • Participate in DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines and solution deployments.
  • Document technical designs, maintain version control, and ensure knowledge transfer.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and other Dynamics modules.
  • Strong background in CRM customization, integration, and development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, ALM, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multi-module implementations.

Education & Experience:

  • Required 5+ years' work experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of full-time education
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certification is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel, and Portals.
  • Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps and Functions.
  • Knowledge of Plugin development, custom workflows, and JavaScript form scripting.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard and report development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, solution deployment, and version control via Azure DevOps.
  • Skilled in API development, Postman, and SharePoint integration.
  • Ability to manage security roles, perform troubleshooting, and handle end-to-end support.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with IoT and geo-coding integrations in Field Service.
  • Knowledge of Adaptive Cards, Bot Framework, and Live Chat in Omnichannel.
  • Familiarity with Real-time Marketing Journeys and Event Management.
  • Exposure to ERP or financial system integrations in Project Operations.
  • Supportive Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform certifications.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and functional mapping.
  • Participation in all phases of the SDLC, from development to deployment and support.
  • Experience supporting UAT and post-production phases.
  • Skills in documenting technical solutions, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multi-module handling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Reporting Relationships:

  • You will report to the Dynamics CRM Lead / Solution Architect.
  • You may also collaborate directly with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Functional Consultants.
  • Working Conditions:

    The work environment will primarily be an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while concentrating on a computer screen.
