The Product Manager plays a key role in leading technical and business teams to deliver system solutions aligned with strategic goals. This role oversees the full product lifecycle—from discovery to design, development, and release—driving new capabilities and continuous improvement. Working closely with design, technical, product, and program teams, the Product Manager translates business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and documentation. They coordinate across multiple projects and product pods, engaging stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and helping technical teams communicate solutions effectively.

These tools serve a growing range of services and communities, requiring ongoing innovation to meet evolving client and business needs.
Both products are supported by Agile teams operating like internal startups, collaborating with technical and program experts to enhance product value and team performance.
