Business Process Designer (AI-First)

Shape the transformation toward AI-first operations by leading business process redesign for major AI initiatives. Collaborate with innovation, business, academic, and technology teams to map workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and design seamless future-state processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process redesign for high-impact AI initiatives across student and employee lifecycles.
• Map current-state workflows, identify friction points, and AI-readiness gaps.
• Design AI-first future-state processes integrating automation and intelligent agents.
• Define data flows and handoffs between AI systems and core platforms.
• Support development of playbooks and reusable templates for process assessment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in business process design, operations strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience in process mapping, systems thinking, and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI's role in business processes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in business and academic environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN, or process mining platforms.
• Background in education, healthcare, or tech industries preferred.
