Design Operations Business Analyst/Process Analyst

This role supports global Design Operations by enabling standardized workflows, system deployments, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The position partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across design-related systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and rollout of global and local workflow solutions impacting Design Operations. Participate in or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) activities during new functionality deployments.
• Develop and standardize labeling and relabeling processes, ensuring consistent alignment with business stakeholders and clear communication of process changes and impacts.
• Provide operational support to senior project analysts to ensure smooth execution of daily Design Operations activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across marketing, business, manufacturing, regulatory, technical, legal, R&D, quality, and customer service functions to identify service and quality improvement opportunities.
• Partner with global Design Operations teams to ensure alignment of standards, workflows, rules, and application functionality.
• Lead or support project coordination for urgent or special requests within Design Operations, ensuring completion of assigned work within established service-level targets.
• Work with system administrators to address system enhancements and operational needs, escalating unresolved issues as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with national and international marking and labeling requirements in accordance with corporate packaging and quality policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders worldwide, providing process clarification, issue resolution, and problem report management.
• Create and maintain work instructions related to system implementations, transitions, and process changes. Manage complex scenarios, troubleshooting efforts, reporting, and data analysis.
• Support service transitions, process improvements, and automation initiatives by acting as a project lead or subject matter expert, including workshop facilitation.
• Adhere to ethical standards, ISO requirements, and quality management systems while performing additional design, operational, or project-related tasks as assigned.

A compensation range of $60.00 to $65.00 per hour is offered for this position.
