1. 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through professional work, consulting engagements, formal training, military experience, or relevant education.
2. Proven ability to consult on complex initiatives with broad organizational impact and large-scale planning responsibility.
3. Strong experience reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, and longer-term product challenges, including evaluation of intangible, ambiguous, or unprecedented factors.

Plusses:

1. Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments, with solid understanding of governance, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
2. Demonstrated strength in strategic collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including technology, operations, risk, and business partners.

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, the Digital Product Manager will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning responsibilities across the digital product landscape. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, and longer-term Digital Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple contributing factors, including intangibles and unprecedented conditions.

The Product Manager will contribute to resolving complex situations by applying strong knowledge of product management practices, organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. This role requires strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel to align product outcomes with enterprise objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and support digital product strategy and execution for complex initiatives with enterprise-wide impact
• Analyze and break down multi-dimensional product challenges, translating ambiguity into clearly defined product outcomes
• Collaborate closely with business, technology, risk, and operations partners to define priorities and deliver value
• Ensure product decisions and deliverables align with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide strategic consultation to stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to planning, roadmap development, and delivery of large-scale digital product initiatives
