Instructional Designer

Are you passionate about creating interactive and engaging learning experiences? We are looking for a creative Instructional Designer who can develop world-class eLearning and instructor-led training programs. This role focuses on enhancing existing content with gamification, interaction, and multimedia elements, ensuring top-tier training materials for new hires and trainers.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.

Perform needs analysis to identify the best enhancements for existing training content.

Design and develop interactive learning experiences using best practices in instructional design.

Utilize gamification and video-based learning techniques to engage learners effectively.

Accept and incorporate feedback throughout the design process to maintain high-quality standards.

This role involves working on a proctored version of instructor-led training content, requiring strong multimedia and video editing skills to optimize learning effectiveness.

Must-Haves:

• Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and content creation.
• Video editing skills for multimedia-based training content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and organization skills.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Instructional Design authoring tools: Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Experience using Vyond animation software or a similar product.
• Video editing experience with Synthesia software, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, balancing multiple priorities.
• Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design.
