Position: Marketing Manager II / Marketing Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 9 AM start)

Duration: 12 month contract (extension and FTE conversion are both possible)

Start Date: ASAP (urgent)

Years of experience: 3+ minimum

3 main things in this role: execute all merchandizing strategy, execute all of the email marketing campaigns (salesforce marketing cloud), and creating website/landing pages for the team

Job Responsibilities

- Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.

- Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative industry creative content

- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize

- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives

- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making

- Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy

- Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for health programs covered by insurance

- Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve on KPI performance

- Measure how email initiatives impact team goals, customer engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion), registration and attendance goals, and overall customer experience

- Regularly review, interpret, and communicate email performance metrics, traffic/application trends, and optimization insights to peers and managers

- Develop technical and creative requirements for email campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, peers, and managers across marketing operations, event operations, and creative teams

- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance

- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
