We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead client onboarding initiatives and drive process optimization across cross-functional teams. This role blends project management, product ownership, and business process design to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for innovation, and a background in automation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding efforts using enterprise platforms and workflow tools.
• Collaborate with operations, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and application design.
• Conduct end-to-end process discovery, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Serve as a product owner supporting application design and implementation efforts.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and user-friendly solutions.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Tableau for project tracking and data visualization.
• Apply business architecture principles to align strategy, risk, KPIs, and technology.
• Drive change management initiatives, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support strategic planning using frameworks like OKRs and Balanced Scorecards.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and tell compelling stories through presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
• Skilled in business process modeling, workflow design, and process governance.
• Familiarity with enterprise onboarding systems and application design.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data mining and visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation tools and AI-driven process enhancements.
• Certifications in business design, AI, or related fields.
• Background in financial services or healthcare (not required but beneficial).
• Familiarity with systems similar to Sapphire and Pinoneer.
• Passionate, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
