Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to support and ongoing project leading ideation, planning, and requirements development for enhancements to the customer portal. This is a strategic, non-technical role focused on building feature proposals that will be handed off to implementation teams. You'll gain exposure to all components including buy flow, webmail, and mobile, offering a holistic product view.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and analyze user journeys across account types to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Use customer and employee feedback data to guide enhancement ideation and definition
  • Collaborate with UX to develop wireframes and mockups
  • Build feature proposals for leadership including problem statements, solution options, and supporting data
  • Gather updates from stakeholders on current features and production requirements
  • Partner with testing and Service Reliability engineers to monitor and improve platform performance
  • Support development and communication of product strategies tied to new services and features
  • Coordinate with business units to implement new product strategies
  • Lead product launches and enhancements across the SSPP portfolio

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5–10+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Experience working with external customer-facing tools
  • Background in large enterprise environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in JIRA and comfort with reporting/tracking tools
