In this role, you will collaborate with business, supply chain, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that optimize fulfillment operations and post-purchase client experiences across web, iOS, and Android applications. You will drive seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, ensuring a first-class, personalized experience for customers across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overarching Omni Fulfillment strategy by identifying and prioritizing business needs and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in ecommerce.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, balancing competing interests and aligning partners around a clear product vision.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to leverage best practices for the omni shopping journey across web and app, including projects impacting stores and cross-channel experiences.
  • Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core supply chain and post-purchase projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and business goals.
  • Partner with internal supply chain teams to manage and optimize technical integrations (Commerce Tools, OMS, Narvar, Loqate, and 3PL systems) for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, external vendors, and business teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, monitor performance, and present metrics to senior management.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
  • Develop business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support new features and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Write user stories within an Agile framework, including clear acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with A/B testing teams to design and execute experiments that improve client experience and financial outcomes.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure success and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and training materials for smooth adoption of new tools and features.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership through presentations and written reports.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a test-and-learn environment and optimizing processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain product management, with a track record of contributing to technical software projects throughout the development cycle.
  • Domain expertise in ecommerce, post-purchase client experience, and backend supply chain systems (OMS, ecommerce platforms).
  • Proven ability to identify business objectives, develop strategies, and make reliable decisions during execution.
  • Experience in a multi-channel retail environment or customer-focused technology products.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work cross-functionally.
  • Self-driven professional who operates effectively without close supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions and recommendations quickly.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, with a strong bias for action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable influencing executive-level management.
  • Experience with Agile product development and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, and other industry-standard tools.

Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management with a successful history of launching highly effective products for large transactional websites or comparable experience in a related field.
  • 3–7 years of consumer-based online experience preferred.
