What you'll be doing:
Salesforce Product Delivery & Enablement team, responsible to deliver enhancements to optimize productivity and growth, for a high profile project. As a Product Owner you'll support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter. You'll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

How You'll Succeed:
Create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog
Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements. Working with Stakeholders to develop a product vision that satisfies their requirements, and define delivery priority taking into consideration strategic alignment, scope and complexity.
Drive user stories & product requirement creation – Support product team in the development of product feature and user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, UX design, technology teams, lines of business and various members of the product team.
Work with and drive alignment with stakeholders – Assist product team in ensuring that we are delivering the right initiatives at the right time and keeping our stakeholders engaged throughout the delivery life-cycle. Understand and support the team in managing competing needs & priorities.
Identify & document key processes and procedures – Working closely with the product team and key stakeholders, serve as process subject matter expert for the assigned product, projects and/or initiatives.
Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner building multifaceted/hybrid enterprise solutions.
Practical experience with SaaS or ERP solutions and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Worked on 2-3 Salesforce projects (FSC or Sales Cloud)
Ability to create business cases and roadmaps that clearly demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to promote adoption
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Proven experience working on cross-product platforms
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Nice to have:
Direct experience within Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, or the broader Finance sector.
Apex pay scales are determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. For this new position, the estimated hourly range is provided below as a guideline; however, total compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
