The Elite / Credit Modernization Product Owner is responsible for driving the delivery of features and enhancements within the Commercial Loan Origination system built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Solution Leads, and stakeholders to ensure prioritized, high-value work is delivered efficiently and aligns with business goals. The Product Owner provides day-to-day oversight of a scrum team, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and ensures continuous flow of work through backlog management and cross-team coordination.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (SM), Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst (BA) leading Salesforce application development, preferably for the Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an onshore/offshore team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Scrum Management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Certification in Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks.
• Demonstrated interest and success in improving Agile execution
• Proficiency in creating supporting documentation, wireframes, workflows, etc.
• Familiarity with program execution metrics and project management tools.
• Knowledge of data mapping and reconciliation techniques.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.
