The ServiceNow Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for the planning and execution of the product lifecycle—including design, build, implementation, and support—of IT platforms. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with organizational vision and strategy. The TPM will manage product performance and related KPIs, collaborate with development teams in an agile environment, and oversee backlogs, roadmaps, and user stories.
