We are seeking a Technical Program Product Manager for a contract position. This role requires a professional to manage and coordinate program-related activities. The position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires an on-site presence.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Design management support for our Principal TPM who oversees the Engineering firm and developer. Responsibilities include managing design deliverables, coordinating between engineering and construction teams, tracking design schedules and milestones, reviewing design packages, and ensuring alignment between the engineering firm, developer, and internal stakeholders.
10+ years, great tenure
Design management experience in construction or industrial facility projects
Ability to coordinate between engineering firms, developers, and internal stakeholders
Strong project scheduling and design package review skills
Establishing design standards, tracking design submissions and revisions, performing QA/QC reviews, identifying coordination issues across disciplines, and maintaining design change logs with downstream impact assessments.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $114.00 and $124.00 per hour. Further details regarding compensation and benefits will be provided to qualified candidates.
