UX Designer

Job Title

This role is responsible for designing intuitive and engaging end-to-end user experiences across vehicles, digital products, and other customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in research, analysis, and design to create user-friendly interactions that align with customer expectations, brand values, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences to design intuitive interactions.
2. Map user journeys across all touchpoints within the organization.
3. Define user interactions across various interfaces, including gesture controls, voice commands, and touchscreens.
4. Organize and structure information in a logical, user-centric manner.
5. Manage translation and localization efforts to support global experiences.
6. Analyze the full ecosystem of services and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, seamless experience.
7. Integrate accessibility and universal design principles throughout the design process.
8. Conduct usability testing and user research to evaluate and improve interaction effectiveness.
9. Advocate for user needs and uphold high standards of design craft.
10. Apply systems design thinking to solve complex design challenges holistically.

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Designer (Designer 3 level)

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading design within Lean/Agile product teams
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design rationale at senior levels
• Specialized expertise (e.g., in-vehicle systems, mobile, business design, motion, or API-driven systems)
• Experience mentoring and developing design talent
• Track record of introducing innovative design methods and advancing design maturity within an organization

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
