Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to improve the user's experience with products, making them easier and more enjoyable to use. This role involves collaboration with developers, analysts, and other designers to determine market preferences and implement changes. The position requires designing and creating wireframes, developing and testing prototypes, and evaluating product success post-launch based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the user experience of products, primarily computer hardware or software.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other designers to identify market preferences.
• Design and create wireframes for products.
• Develop and test prototypes with end-users to ensure intended functionality.
• Introduce modifications based on testing and iterate until the product is optimized.
• Manage individual responsibilities and meet time-constraints within a team-based environment.
• Evaluate product success and customer feedback after market introduction to inform future editions.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a computer-related field is generally required. Experience may be substituted for education in some cases.

Experience: A portfolio of previous work may be necessary for this position.

Technical Skills: Experience in Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD, and CSS is necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $43.00 per hour.

Work Environment

This is a full-time contract position requiring work in an office setting.
