Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to improve the user experience of products, focusing on ease of use and enjoyment. This role involves collaboration with developers, analysts, and other designers to understand market preferences and implement changes. The position is central to the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create wireframes for products.
• Develop and test prototypes with end-users to validate design choices.
• Introduce modifications based on testing feedback and iterate until the product meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Evaluate product success and customer feedback after market introduction to inform future editions.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, a computer-related field, or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: A portfolio of previous work may be necessary. Experience can be substituted for education in some cases.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, and CAD is necessary for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Please note that the exact compensation may vary based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience.
