The Director - Product Marketing is responsible for owning messaging, driving go-to-market (GTM) product launches, and the development of content that engages prospective buyers, supports customer growth, and enables sales conversion. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with teams across Appcast—including Product, Sales, Strategy, and Customer Success—to ensure our solutions are clearly and effectively positioned in the market.
Success in this role requires a strong blend of strategic insight, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on development of sales collateral. As a senior member of the marketing team reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping how we communicate value to our buyers and enabling our teams to win in a competitive marketplace.
Job Responsibilities
Proven ability to create messaging and collateral that effectively resonates with target audiences.
Proven experience creating sales materials that drive engagement and are consistently adopted by sales teams—supporting examples will be requested.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while also managing day-to-day execution.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal leadership and external stakeholders, fostering alignment and driving cross-functional initiatives forward.
High level of positive energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Expected Salary Range: $93,000-$155,000
