The product marketing team at Appier is under the Growth and Marketing organization, working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive awareness and adoption.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Enterprise Solution's go-to-market strategy in different markets, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, and ensuring the continued growth and adoption of our cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. You'll be a key storyteller for Appier, bringing the value of data and personalization to life across all internal and external channels by owning the vertical go-to-market strategy, building competitor playbooks, delivering global training, and being a public figure for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Personalization and Data Cloud products by working closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and customer success.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the target audience and buyer personas.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate the company's products in the market and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product demos.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to execute marketing tactics that drive awareness and new client meetings.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in (product) marketing or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and tell engaging stories.
- Experience in creating sales enablement materials, such as sales decks and case studies.
- Agile and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An appetite for collaboration, driven by the belief that your success is dependent on the success of others around you.
- Enjoyment talking to customers and personally going and testing and figuring out positioning that works.
- Taste for beautiful design, good copy, and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- Relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
