The Industrial Design team is seeking a creative recruiter and design scout who approaches talent work as an extension of the design process. We are a small, close-knit group from diverse backgrounds who value curiosity, hospitality, and care in every interaction. This role is based in Cupertino and requires a refined sense of detail, aesthetics, and human connection.
In this role, you'll bring a design-minded approach to recruiting while shaping a thoughtful and high-touch candidate experience. Responsibilities include: Conducting targeted research and sourcing for design and technical talent with curiosity and rigor Leading screening conversations and in-person interviews with clarity, warmth and presence Hosting candidates and guests with a hospitality-forward mindset Assessing talent with nuance and discretion, ensuring alignment to the team's high standards for craft, culture, and fit Building and maintaining relationships with design leaders and creative professionals worldwide Supporting candidate onboarding and ensuring a seamless transition from hire to team integration
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred. Traditional recruiting experience is not required, we welcome tangential experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in high-touch, hospitality-driven environments, strong research instincts and intellectual curiosity for uncovering exceptional talent, highly organized with acute attention to nuance and detail, comfortable balancing administrative, logistical, and strategic responsibilities, aesthetic awareness and refined judgment for quality, craft, and culture fit, proven track record of consistently executing above expectations, independent yet collaborative—self-motivated, proactive, and supportive of others, thrives in ambiguity; adaptable, poised, and flexible in dynamic environments, clear and concise communicator—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,300 and $308,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
