The Apple Design Group is seeking a Human Factors Design Researcher to support development of hardware, software, algorithms, packaging and retail experiences. This is an active role where collaboration with an immense number of partners across the company is necessary.
An ideal candidate has fluency across disciplines related to human experience, though focused expertise in one area is also welcome. They readily move between minute details and big ideas. Comfortable in any environment, their presence reassures others and solicits unfiltered feedback. They are technical, but also extremely intuitive and empathetic, capable of expressing objective evidence through compelling storytelling, championing an improved product experience for people at every turn. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
