Responsibilities

Drive the long-term vision and strategy for our collaboration, productivity, and communication technology portfolio. Define and drive the strategy for integrating these products into a cohesive and seamless user experience. Ensure interoperability between native Apple services, third-party solutions, and custom-built software.

Lead all aspects of the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, ensuring they meet performance standards, are efficient, and deliver maximum value to the organization. This includes native Apple services, 3rd-party products, and custom-built software.

Evaluate and integrate AI-powered features and capabilities into our tools to enhance user experience, and improve efficiency to help our employees focus on deep work. Stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements and find opportunities to use AI to transform the way our employees work.

Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the efficiency of the portfolio in supporting business goals.

Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with third-party vendors to influence product direction and stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies.

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members can thrive.

Actively engage with team members across the company to understand their needs. Translate these needs into actionable product requirements and ensure our technology solutions successfully support their workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in an engineering field or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of product management experience.

Experience with one or more programming languages, software development methodologies, and system design.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,600 and $313,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
