Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop design and art direction for core marketing communications, including product launches and seasonal campaigns across product wallpapers, event presentations, outdoor advertising, Apple Stores, retail partners, and Apple's website. Establish unique identities and recognition for Apple products. Conceptualize and create iconic design solutions that align with Apple's brand values and uphold its highest standard of visual and creative excellence. Define and evolve Apple's product identities through rigorous experimentation, critical thinking, and extraordinary attention to detail with expertise in hardware art direction, 3D visual development, packaging design, typography, and color theories. Produce high-quality visual assets to stakeholder presentations, such as hardware renders, mockups, wallpapers, and posters, for insightful decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors in reviews to ensure consistent execution of designs across all media types. Create digital product assets to optimize workflows for team collaboration and ideations. Design and produce creative posters and graphics for internal events and communications, promoting team culture and engagement. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 - $176,800/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Experience and/or education must include:
  • Using Cinema 4D and Redshift for crafting hardware art direction, specifically 3D modeling, simulations, or visual development.
  • Utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects to develop versatile design systems along with comprehensive design guidelines for global marketing campaigns.
  • Bringing critical elements of design and art direction to life via various deliverables, including out-of-home media sites, retail stores or third-party partners.
  • Working with graphic design, branding, photography, and product art direction for print, digital, and motion deliverables.
  • Demonstrating visual language experience in lighting, composition, and color theory to tell a story of a product.
  • Utilizing design principles of grids, layouts, typography, and presentations.
  • Maintaining consistency of brand identity and developing new designs that extend or advance the system.
  • Crafting design narratives that evolve and align with brand and product strategies through visual research and concept visualization.
  • Collaborating frequently within a large group environment to bring to life key elements of design and art direction.
  • Working on production tasks including plotting, mounting, and trimming posters, creating mockups, and setting up presentation rooms.
