The Services Marketing Technology team builds bespoke solutions that enable global marketing campaigns to effectively promote digital services. We are a highly-energized team of problem solvers who collaborate with some of the most talented creative individuals in the industry. The tools we build are designed in close collaboration with product, design, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure they will effectively support Apple's growing services business. We believe the right person for this role will share their years of experience while providing extraordinary support for the team. Our growing team is looking for a creative, innovative, and driven program manager, with an ability to plan and communicate solutions for complex problems. This role will work with a wide variety of cross functional teams, with a focus on enabling technology solutions in collaboration with product that drive meaningful programs with partners and creators in our apps and communication channels.

This role is responsible for leading project management for a rich set of automated marketing tools and data products for Apple Services. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, product, engineering, international, and an external technical development team to enable efficiencies, cost savings, and customer transactions for our businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a team that defines the future direction of tools and technology for Apple Services by understanding business goals, and communicating key needs to the product organization to develop impactful features.
  • Drive project intake, planning, and end-to-end execution by aligning resources to shared marketing goals and delivery timelines.
  • Lead prioritization conversations with stakeholders, product, and engineering, clearing project blockers, and tracking progress and next steps to an overall plan.
  • Provide consistent documentation and reporting on overall status, including presenting action items, risks, and upcoming milestones to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Help determine capabilities, capacity limitations, and quantify associated risks and costs of new projects.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to implement advanced technology solutions, including API integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Track project budgets and burn rates, and communicate impacts on delivery timelines and capacity planning to key stakeholders.
  • Support marketing in driving subscriptions, optimizing creative production, scaling partner communications, and enabling data attribution by identifying unique technology solutions.
  • Connect with product, engineering, design, and marketing to discuss upcoming product launches or changes that will impact current roadmaps.
  • Be responsible for the management of the marketing technology roadmap for your respective services.
  • Manage requests and end-to-end workflow for creation of offer campaigns, web landing pages, and creative template development.
  • Collaborate with design teams on web layouts and social assets to ensure the design translates into a format that is compatible with the current creative automation tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years experience in project management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of effective marketing technology strategies in the digital and social media landscape.
  • Understanding of different project management techniques including Agile and waterfall.
  • Experience driving and tracking the full project management lifecycle, including ideation, requirements, development, testing, and go-to-market.
  • Experience at cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners. Including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and CMS systems.
  • Experience in partnering with product teams to draft requirement docs for engineering teams.
  • Able to identify opportunities to grow suite of products by understanding common, ongoing needs of businesses.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and demonstrated success in developing marketing programs with multiple collaborators.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or related workflow management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
  • Understanding of digital image and video file formats and experience working with Sketch, Photoshop/Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Advanced understanding of analytical tools, SEO, and accessibility standards
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other project management certifications

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,800 and $203,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
