As a Product Marketing Manager at Claris, an Apple company, you will play a critical role in driving product adoption, go-to-market success, and alignment between product, marketing, and sales. You will leverage your market insights, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively position our products and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
Product Marketing Experience: 10+ years of success in product marketing, ideally in a multi-product software company, with a track record of effective go-to-market execution.
Strategic Execution in an Agile Environment: Demonstrates the ability to plan and execute marketing strategies within an agile framework, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Passion for Software Technology: Deep enthusiasm for software products and technology platforms, with a strong desire to understand and promote their value.
Storytelling and Content Creation: Skilled at overseeing the creation of compelling demos, presentations, and narratives that illustrate technical products and their business outcomes.
Developer Persona Empathy: Understands and empathizes with developer personas, with the ability to attain deep knowledge of Claris's development platform and communicate its value effectively.
Self-Starter and Adaptable: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous projects, driving results across multiple teams and priorities.
Creativity and Experimentation: Embraces a creative approach to new ideas and is open to experimenting with initiatives that drive growth and engagement.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
