Operations and Supply Chain
The Global Sourcing and Supply Management Solutions team is seeking an experienced Designer or Product Manager with a strong focus on UI/UX design to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-facing features. You will combine your expertise with a deep appreciation for user experience, partnering closely with product managers, software developers, and business teams to deliver solutions that delight and empower our users worldwide.
Define the strategy and roadmap for key user-facing features.
Partner with Product Managers and Software Developers to create intuitive interfaces and workflows that elevate the user experience.
Drive end-to-end UI/UX initiatives supporting Apple's internal supply chain and sourcing tools.
Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and business partners to define product UI/UX and workflows.
Align UI/UX approach with user research, accessibility standards, and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
Facilitate design reviews, planning, and cross-functional workshops to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
BA/BS Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of design experience with a focus on UI/UX for digital products.
Proven ability to develop and communicate a vision that prioritizes user experience and accessibility.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Software Developers.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
Experience using Figma, Sketch, or similar software to draw mockups, build wireframes, prototypes, and produce design specs.
Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
Utilizes emerging technologies, such as GenAI, Frontier models, or LLM enabled services to accelerate and drive continuous improvement of the design processes.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
