We're a growing, central design team embedded within a wider product and engineering organisation. As we scale our impact, we're seeking a Senior Product Designer with a passion for emerging technologies. This role focuses on developing and refining AI-driven capabilities aimed at fundamentally changing the way that schools work. You will play a key role in delivering intuitive AI-driven features within our product and verifying it translates into tangible improvements in our users daily tasks.

Core responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Product teams to define problems, generate hypotheses, and validate solutions through iterative design processes.
• Designing and prototyping wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Exploring AI-enhanced tooling to accelerate design exploration to rapidly generate and test ideas.
• Creating intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible user interfaces for our users.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and the education sector to create impactful design solutions.
• Planning, conducting, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative user research to make data-driven design decisions.
• Translating complex workflows and requirements into simple, effective, and scalable user experiences.
• Effectively communicating design rationale, process, and decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Understanding how AI-powered tools will help extend Design capabilities beyond traditional boundaries.
