The mission of the Real Estate Development Creative Design Team is to develop the creative vision and design of our world class physical environments.
The opportunity:
As a member of the Real Estate Development Team, you will be part of the team responsible for driving the execution of Aritzia's spaces throughout the Design and Technical phases. The Director, Creative Store Design is responsible for leading the end-to-end design execution of in-line retail projects, ensuring the work is aligned with Aritzia's creative vision and meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role provides leadership to a team of designers and technical developers, while also overseeing the integration of cross-functional expertise into projects. As the project design lead, the Director plays a key role in ensuring the project is creatively ambitious, technically sound, and functionally deliverable—bridging creative excellence with operational reality. The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000–$200,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
