The product manager role is essential in guiding the AI Refinery product development lifecycle. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, an understanding of market trends, and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a product manager, you will manage AI Refinery products from concept to launch, addressing customer needs by establishing the appropriate strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. You will collaborate closely with Advanced Research teams and Engineering teams to build the AI Refinery product portfolio.
The work includes defining the overall product roadmap, feature prioritization, timeline and stakeholder management, identifying opportunities to fill product gaps, continuously innovating, translating product strategy into requirements and prototypes, communicating and closing collaboration with cross-functional teams, growing market share and improving customer experience, and supporting sales efforts. Travel may be required for this role.
Here's what you need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related backgrounds. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management. Minimum of 1 year of experience with platform products. Bonus points if you have 1+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, machine learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing. Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
