Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Contact Center Products team within Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) Strategic Transformation. This role will work directly with Product owners, Contact Center Lines of Business and Technology partners to establish Entitlement standards for multiple products in support of the Contact Center Modernization project. This role is crucial in developing and implementing a comprehensive user provisioning strategy to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo Access Management standards, while also providing a consistent and standardized set of profiles and entitlements that be applied across each Contact Center lines of business.
