UX Designer
Produce designs that satisfy requirements set out by product managers, designers, managers, directors, etc. Assist product managers and other UX designers in identifying, capturing and refining user stories and workflows. Support cross-functional teams in collaborative design sessions. Help validate designs with users as part of an iterative design process. Be able to identify, satisfy, and follow design patterns used across projects. Effectively present designs/ideas. Draft and execute research plans. Help define the visual identity of new products. Position is fixed location based in Chandler, AZ office; however, telecommuting from a home office permitted up to 100%.
