What you'll do…
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in communication, marketing, journalism, web development or information management preferred or related/equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in communication, financial services marketing, journalism, social media strategy, web or intranet development, user centered design, direct marketing and/or project management or comparable experience.
1+ years experience with HTML and AMPscript
2+ years hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience developing, executing, and managing strategic email marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and CCPA
Ability to setup data extensions, filters and data refreshes to create sendable audiences
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFMC and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Developer certifications.
Datorama experience a plus
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
