This role owns the strategy and execution of PetSmart's Customer Data Platform and AI/ML-driven products. These platforms power personalization, recommendations, and advanced analytics across digital and marketing channels.
You'll work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and senior business leaders to turn customer data into real, customer-facing products that drive measurable business results.
This is a hands-on, senior-level role in a space that's still maturing – ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, setting vision, and influencing stakeholders.
