Oracle Health Data Intelligence Product Leader

Looking for a role that can impact the health outcome for billions of people? The Oracle Health Data Intelligence product team is seeking experienced product leaders who possess expertise in hyper-scale cloud data platforms and healthcare cloud solutions to help us bring this vision to reality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both areas and will play a crucial role in defining and driving entire products and major product areas that enable our customers to build highly personalized and predictive health experiences. The product leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solutions that encompass all aspects of capturing health data, making sense of it, and packaging it into a set of services and solutions. This includes understanding and acting on the operational health of hospital systems or entire nations of citizens, as well as recommending care plans for specific patients to manage chronic diseases. Our platform integrates with various analytics tools, electronic health record (EHR) applications such as Millennium, and new applications developed with partners. Success in this role requires a tenacious, self-starting individual with a deep passion for the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will serve as a strong advocate for our customers and their patients, using proven analytical capabilities and persuasive writing skills to get results in a fast-paced and highly multifaceted startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer scenarios, problems, and success criteria to advocate for customer-centric product development.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable details for rapid iteration and development.
  • Define and lead adoption, growth, and go-to-market strategies for product areas in collaboration with marketing, solutions architecture, and business development teams.
  • Partner with internal customers to develop positioning, messaging, and external communications by deeply understanding target audiences, competition, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product leadership roles, with a focus on hyper-scale cloud data platforms and healthcare cloud solutions.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulatory requirements and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and get results.
